Terrace Park

Located just east of downtown Cincinnati, sits the fantastic community of Terrace Park. It’s adjacent to the Little Miami River, offering beauty and a private buffer to the south side.  The Little Miami Bike Trail can be accessed in Terrace Park.  There are about 800 residences and a few commercial businesses. The Birch is the local neighborhood restaurant, with two more to join the list soon. One can scoot around the community on foot, bike, car or golf cart! Terrace Park has award winning schools, with the elementary (K-6th) being in the village center. There is a private swim and tennis club and a community building for resident use.
